Maggie Grace is an American actress who was born Margaret Grace Denig in 1983. Her most famous roles include Shannon Rutherford, a character on ABC's Lost series, and Kim Mills from the Taken trilogy. Her birthplace was Worthington, Ohio and dropped out of school when her parents divorced to go into Los Angeles to live with her mother. In the midst of financial hardship, she got her first part as the title character in the online video show Rachel's Room in 2001. After earning an Young Artist Award in 2002 for her performance as Murder on the streets of Greenwich of a 15-year young Martha Moxley as a murder victim, Grace was able to be awarded. Grace Rutherford played the lead actress on Lost during its initial two seasons. In 2004 she received the Screen Actors Guild Award with all of the ensemble. Grace was a co-star with Tom Welling on The Fog during 2005, wanted to move into the world of film. Then she was able to appear in comedy films and dramas like Nanny McPhee and the Big Bang (2010) Hysteria (2011) as well as Will Not Back Down (12). Some of her other roles are as an agent for Secret Service in White House Down 2013, as a singer for Secret Service in White House Down 2013 as well as a singer in Frank 2014 and as a singer in The Kindergarten Teacher 2018, where she portrays the lead character.
